At PawRove, we want customers to receive the product they ordered in usable condition.
Return window:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We may request photos to evaluate damage, defects, or shipping issues.
