At PawRove, we want customers to receive the product they ordered in usable condition.

Return window:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We may request photos to evaluate damage, defects, or shipping issues.

Damaged or defective items:

Refunds:

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
